Tutorials 1st November

Workshops start at 13:00 and continue until 17.00 at the University Club of the University of Western Australia (UWA).

Main Conference 2nd - 5th November

Conference talks and keynotes will be held at the University Club of UWA.

Conference days run from 9.00 to 17.00 and include keynotes, talks, posters and opportunities to discuss and socialise during coffee and lunch breaks.

Additional programme details will be announced closer to the conference.

Floor Plans

Below you can find the floor plans of the UWA University Club. The whole conference will be held in this venue.

  • Reception tables will be open in the CONFERENCE FOYER on Sunday and in the BANQUET HALL FOYER on all other days.
  • The Sunday tutorials will be held in the SEMINAR ROOMS 1 + 4.
  • The reception event on Sunday evening will take place on the GROUND FLOOR TERRACE.
  • All talks of the conference will be presented in the BANQUET HALL.
  • Posters will be placed in CONFERENCE FOYER & SEMINAR ROOM 2 on the ground floor. If there are too many to fit in that space we will also use the CONFERENCE FOYER on the first floor.
  • Morning tea and lunches (including Sunday) will be served on the GROUND FLOOR TERRACE.
  • Sponsor tables will be setup in the BANQUET HALL FOYER.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held on Tuesday evening, 3 November 2026, commencing at 18:30. The venue is Beaumonde on the Point. To reach the venue, you can take the number 24 bus heading west from the city. Board the bus within the free Central Transit Zone to ensure your ride is free. Alternatively it is also possible to walk from most of the CBD hotels.

Entree:
Swiss Brown Mushroom Arancini, Rocket, Sugo & Parmesan (GF Vegetarian)

Main:
Grilled Snapper, Potato Puree, Sauteed Greens & Citrus Butter Sauce;
or
18-Hour Low Cooked Beef, Creamy Mash, Roasted Root Vegetables & Red Wine Jus

Dessert:
Shared Dessert Platters, Petit Tropezienne Brioche, Baked Cheesecake Bites & Assorted Macarons (shared on a table)

Alternatives will be provided for people who have recorded special dietary requirements on the registration form.
