Call for Contributions Opens!

Please submit your abstracts to the ADASS XXXVI!

Prospective speakers and poster presenters are invited to submit their proposals by 01-Aug-2026 (Anywhere on Earth, AoE). Please note that proposals for BoFs and workshops have a different deadline.

Looking for a Wide Variety of Talks

The conference will include a variety of themed sessions, but abstracts of poster or oral presentations can also be from other topcial areas of general interest.

Talk Sessions (November 1-5): There will be about 40 talk slots, each lasting 20 or 45 minutes for contributed and invited talks, respectively.

Submission Guidelines

Abstract have to be submitted through the ADASS XXXVI Pretalx site.

The conference team is committed to supporting all presenters, regardless of their level of experience in public speaking.

PS. Do not worry about submitting a final version yet - we are interested in in wide variety of talks and the idea or abstract description does not have to be final and can be edited later and closer to the conference dates!
